PRE-OP PLANNING

1. Teeth Number 23 Extraction
2. Tenting screw placement in Teeth No. 22 and 23+GBR, Bone grafting material: ABBM sticky bone
3. Postponement of implantation restoration

PROCEDURE

Flap and extract the residual crown in Teeth No. 23

Drill nourishing holes and cover with collagen membrane for bone tack placement

Use tent screw, which top has a screw to fix for space support

Use philips drill to screw Tenting Screw and ensure the stability

Fill with sufficient Stickybone and press it into shape. The surface of the bone grafting is covered with collagen membrane, which will be fixed by Tenting Screw with screwdriver. The stability of the area will be ensured to the most with Bone Tack and Tenting Screw fixation

Cover with CGF(Concentrate Growth Factors)and suture with tension-released
