Our titanium mesh dental bone graft system is designed to optimize surgical outcomes through its innovative features. The perforated design provides excellent blood supply channels, promoting effective healing. This T type Titanium Mesh Dental Bone Graft has an ultra-thin structure that minimizes the sensation of a foreign body while enhancing support strength. The anatomical curvature design ensures a high degree of tissue conformity during surgery, allowing for precise placement and stability.
Dental Master’s titanium mesh dental bone grafting system is equipped with bone screws to enhance fixation stability, preventing displacement and ensuring a reliable environment for bone regeneration. Additionally, the titanium mesh is cuttable and moldable, allowing for easy customization to meet specific surgical needs.
Choose our titanium mesh system for an exceptional dental bone grafting solution that combines safety, comfort, and efficiency.

Step 1:
Incise the periodontal flap.
Step 2:
Measure bone defects using the measuring device:
1. Measure the width of the missing tooth.
2. Measure the width of the buccal defect.
3. Measure the height of the buccal defect on the alveolar ridge.
Step 3:
Choose the appropriate support screw and implant it into the surgical area, ensuring at least 2/3 of the threads are embedded in the bone, with the remaining height as required for bone grafting.
Step 4:
Select the correct size of titanium mesh.
Step 5:
Fill with sufficient bone powder, place the titanium mesh, and align its holes with the protrusions of the support screw.
Step 6:
Fix the titanium mesh with a healing abutment. Choose either a healing abutment or a cover screw based on whether it’s a first-stage or second-stage surgery.
Step 7:
Cut a collagen membrane to the appropriate size and cover the surgical area to guide bone regeneration, then suture the incision. The healing period is typically 3-6 months, depending on the extent of the bone defects.
Step 8:
Incise the flap and remove the healing abutment/cover screw, support screw, and titanium mesh.
Step 9:
Place the appropriate implant, screw in the healing abutment with a screwdriver to form a cuff, and suture the incision.
